Kerkhoff Consulting, one of the leading management consultancies for purchasing and supply chain management, will join Interpath Advisory, headquartered in London. With this acquisition, Interpath is strengthening its presence in the DACH region and at the same time creating a new competence center for purchasing and supply chain management. For Kerkhoff Consulting, this opens up opportunities for an even stronger international positioning.
Kerkhoff Consulting as new competence center
Kerkhoff Consulting, with headquarters in Düsseldorf and Vienna, has established itself over decades as a pioneer in the field of purchasing and supply chain management. Kerkhoff supports leading companies in the DACH region in optimizing their procurement and supply chain strategies and sustainably increasing their competitiveness.
The integration of Kerkhoff Consulting creates the new "Procurement and Supply Chain Center of Excellence" at Interpath. This competence center will further develop best-in-class solutions and support customers internationally.
In the future, Kerkhoff Consulting will operate as an independent brand under the name "Kerkhoff, part of Interpath" in order to continue to utilize its existing market position and high reputation. While Interpath benefits from the in-depth expertise and market knowledge of Kerkhoff Consulting, the integration opens up access to new international markets and a broader network for Kerkhoff.
Continuity in top management
With the acquisition, founder Gerd Kerkhoff and Managing Director Dr. Thorsten Schmidt retires from active management. In the future, both will support the Interpath management as Special Advisors and thus continue to provide strategic input. The business of Kerkhoff Consulting will be managed by the existing management team under the leadership of Managing Director Dr. Ralph Kudla. This ensures the operational continuity of the company.
Gerd Kerkhoff and his wife Stefanie, who founded the company together, leave behind an impressive entrepreneurial legacy: they have built Kerkhoff Consulting into one of the most successful competitors in the field of purchasing and supply chain management. Their visionary work will be continued through the integration into Interpath.
