Flexibility and Programs

  • Sabbatical

    At Kerkhoff Consulting you have the opportunity to take a sabbatical of up to 3 months. Our savings model means you are well prepared.

  • Part-time models

    With us, you can choose between various part-time models in both the consulting team and the back office, so that you can be flexible in every phase of your life. For consultants, for example, we offer a 4-day week or a project-oriented flex model.

  • Master's program

    After your first professional experience in everyday consulting with us and an excellent performance, we will support you in your academic career and promote master's degree programs with a duration of 12 months. We aim for a long-term collaboration with you.
