Kerkhoff Software – Solutions again awarded the IT Innovation Prize 2016

In 2016, Kerkhoff Software solutions were again awarded the IT Innovation Prize by the Initiative Mittelstand. This award is only given to IT solutions that are highly innovative and successfully shape the future for medium-sized businesses in digital terms. As in the previous year, Kerkhoff Software's IT solutions were awarded the "BEST OF 2016" award.

The topic of digitization is one of the greatest current and future challenges for companies - especially for medium-sized businesses. The Kerkhoff Group, with its company Kerkhoff Software, focused early on the digitization of procurement processes in companies. The IT solutions Kerkhoff Cost Analysis and Kerkhoff Costing Cloud are constantly being developed further and have therefore already been repeatedly awarded the IT Innovation Prize by the Initiative Mittelstand.

The jury of the IT Innovation Award says: “The award-winning products convinced the jury and are among the top group of this year’s IT Innovation Award.” With this award, the SME Initiative recognizes particularly innovative solutions that make medium-sized companies fit for a successful digital future.

"Digitization means an ever closer integration of suppliers, companies and customers. This means that contracts are becoming more long-term and complex. Purchasing optimization today therefore requires much more than just optimizing cost drivers. Rather, the basis for long-term and sustainable securing of the prices achieved must be laid during the procurement process. This is what we do with our software," says Godo Lange-Hilmers, Managing Director of Kerkhoff Software.
